Return & Exchange Policy
If there’s something wrong with your candle when it arrives, just drop us a line at: help@houseofgoodmercantile within 15 days of order and we’ll help you process a return and get another candle out to you.
We designed our shipping boxes to be incredibly sturdy (and pretty!), but if your candle is damaged in shipment it's not a problem. Email us at: email@example.com with a photo, your order number, and we’ll take care of you.
