This vintage brooch features the word “Mother” in flowing script with a shield shaped charm suspended below (inspired by our HoG shield!). The charm is decorated with a blue bird perched on a branch with small flowers  set against a pearlescent background.
 
The charm opens on a hinge, revealing a small hidden compartment designed to hold our signature solid perfume. A sentimental example of vintage costume jewelry that combines delicate nature imagery with the functionality of a concealed locket.
